Small glitch at present

online memberships have not been coming through to me since 07/01/09

Andrew's came through, Mike your's is showing as completed on paypal but not details through to me yet. Anyone else using online subscription on or after 07/01/09 is in the same boat. If we cannot sort it put soon I'll process memberships from details in paypal (next Sunday at the latest)

Also note, the benefits to members is changing, Alpine discount reduced to 10%, we've not been informed officially as far I as know but I was told in storre last weekend

Do we know if people are filling out the second form? The first form is the Paypal piece - that's the bit that pays your money, but the second form then asks for your registration details...if that isn't filled out then it won't be sent...

I'm looking into this just now,it seems the 2nd form hasn't been filled out for the last 4 recipients.

Didn't get the email but I went offline early last night, will try and get it looked at tonight...will see if there is a way to force the page to remain on-screen until it is filled out (assuming payment has been processed) - or it might be better to do them in reverse? Fill out details then go to payment?

I've just renewed online, and there wasn't a registration form to fill out - it just accepted the payment and then said Thanks...

I think after you have paid and it says thanks, there is a link that says something like 'return to the merchants website', if you click on that, it should take you to the form to complete (or it did anyway).

It should autoforward you - this has been working up until recently, so there may be a problem with the buttons as the code of these holds the redirect address( that takes you to the membership details form).

Remember SBC memberships run from 1st Nov 2010 to 31st October 2011

The renewal date for club membership was November 1st but there are still a considerable number of last year’s members who still haven’t yet re-joined. If you haven’t done so already, could I ask you all to attend to this as soon as possible please. If you haven’t renewed membership by Saturday, your details will be removed from the club database and you won’t receive any of the members emails. I am reliably informed that this is a consequence of the Data Protection Act.

Having looked at the renewals, there are still quite a large number of our club stalwarts who haven't got round to re-joining for 2011....come on everybody,get this sorted now! If you have not re-joined you will no longer be receiving any of our members emails which include information on club kit ordering for 2011 as our 2010 membership database has been deleted.

Please note...

I now am processing the renewals on a monthly basis.. so it will take a couple of weeks for your card to come back through the door.

Anyone who renewed through Oct/Nov (the end of our membership year) should have recieved their cards already. Those renewing after this will be processed in batches each month.
