I would like to inform you of an exciting opportunity taking place the University of Stirling for trained cyclists.

The Health and Exercise Sciences Research Group is undertaking a study investigating the effects of carbohydrate feeding on cycling performance.  For this study we are looking to recruit 24 male cyclists (aged 18-45) to complete a series of visits here at the University.  The study is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in world leading physiological testing which would include a peak power output test and lactate profile determination.

Participants would also gain further insight into performance nutrition strategies and perform some tough indoor winter training here in the physiology labs.  Furthermore, participants will be paid £200 on completion of the study and be provided with a free water bottle!

Thank you very much for taking the time to read this message and we look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

Yours in cycling,

Michael Newell
When I was a boy of 14 my father was so ignorant I could hardly stand to have the old man around. But when I got to be 21 I was astonished by how much he'd learned in seven years. Mark Twain.
