Winter woolies? It's a positively balmy 5 degrees and that's shorts and t-shirt weather if ever I knew it.

I'll be out, up for anywhere!

Forecast is looking good for tomorrow - might be warm enough to melt the snow on Dumyat but windy enough to blow us off the top.

I'll be out and will head to Costas, but can someone text me if you head north side and I'll meet you at the Uni.

Great ride today, the sun even appeared!

Unfortunately for Beagy, the squirrels were also out in force. :(

Been cycling in and around Rothiemurchus, pretty dam good mud free riding. Larig Ghru track good fun. No trees down.  Snowing and blowing but the scenery still wow. We were up here for snow shoeing but not a lot around.

Thanks guys, I honestly couldn't believe it when yet another mech died on me. Am I cursed? Is it because I laugh at the 'singlespeed niche' riders?

Anyway, the lovely wee lass at Barga's in Bridge of Allan kept me going with a constant supply of top ups for my coffee whilst I awaited rescue in the form of my father-in-law. Kerry being unable to respond to my phone calls as she was in a shopping frenzy.  ::)

I've just finished cobbling together Frankenmech v.5, yup, that's the 5th mech I've destroyed in the past 12 months, and I've also fitted my new seatpost. Preliminary trials of which (in the garage) have left me quite impressed with the build quality. Although the return speed is a bit eye-watering to behold. I'll let you know more about it once I've had a few proper rides, but at first glance, it looks a winner.

Wow, what a cracker of a morning!

I'm nipping out for a spin now. I'm planning to aim for Dumyat and should be up around the carpark bit by about 11.30 ish. Drop me a text if you fancy meeting up.

Oooh, dunno about that. What's the weather like in Stirling? It's absolutely hammering it down here in Glasgow.

Who's out tomorrow?

Expect some comedy gold as I try to fine tune my new dropper seatpost.  ;)

Usual time and place, 9am - 9.30am, at Costa Coffee, across from Graham Tiso in the town centre.
