Anyone up for starting tomorrow? I think it got dark about 7.50 tonight so could start at 6.30 and do 2 laps.

Lights, I'm thinking.

Yes I think there is talk amongst local riders, not only SBC but various clubs, teams, individuals etc, that a 6:30 start is go for tomorrow at the Chalmerston road.

I'll be there if I make a recovery from this latest cold I seem to have picked up.  >:(

Jings! here's me thinking that Keith must have started early intensity training for cuffing Ron (King of the Mountains) Allan at the 'Fin d' Saisson' Alpe tour later in the year!!  ;)

Good chaingang tonight, 2 decent sized groups. Did Deanston road, mini braes and finished at the 40 castle.

Good run tonight, surprised I held on as long as I did, got dropped on the way into Thornhill.  Me and John just cruised back at a nice pace.

I've pulled my achilles tendon. Unusual biking injury unless you're an old g*t stamping desperately on the pedals trying to stay on a wheel...
