I plan to be out.

Maybe? Maybe Beagy did not go to Las Vegas but travelled back in time to the Triassic period and was really being  chased by a wee 'reptile'. Would you believe the land that is Scotland today was a dessert back then. Apparently in the Jurassic period the land that was Scotland was under a shallow ocean. Not so bad today then    :-\

It seems Dumyat was a bit more pointy back then.

Dessert? Would that have been during the Cranachan era?   :D
"Ship?" he called. "Yup?" said the ship. "Do what I do." The ship thought about this for a few milliseconds and then, after double checking all the seals on its heavy-duty bulkheads, it began slowly, inexorably, in the hazy blaze of its lights, to sink to the lowest depths. -Douglas Adams

it has some difficult sections (rated Black)

Hmmmm, I've always rated it sort of 'brown and sticky', but I might take a wander up there and have a look see  ;).  If parts of the trail are washed away though, does that means it's significantly shorter? Always seemed (to me), a bit of a pain getting up to the trailhead for not a huge amount of reward, but then my abiding memory of The Bike is nettle stings, on top of more nettle stings!  :P

John,

I could be up for something on Sunday... am very unfit, so ideally not too big! Let me know if you're still thinking about it..

(or if the weather clears up could make it a 'child friendly CV sunday' with sausages...)

Dougie - I could also be free on the 13th May  :)

Did someone mention sausages?

I'd be up for sausages a family ride at CV if others are interested.

Any one out tonight?

Aim to be at the Uni at 7 to make the most of the sunshine daylight if that suits others...
