Hi,

Mate has just contacted me - his house has been done over and the thieving barstewards have taken his 3-month old Transition TR250 (medium sized frame) and his 2-year old Specialized Stumpjumper FSR Carbon - it was the top-end version but he added more bling to it - XTR instead of X0 and some carbon brake levers to the Hopes.

Bikes were in his house in Falkirk. The Transition was pretty much stock but the Stumpy wasn't.

Not sure where to start looking to see if there are any for sale ads but can you keep your eyes open please?

Specialized spec is -

Worth checking craigslist and flea bay. Has he contacted the local cash converters etc?

I guess we should all keep an eye out on local trails, and Tesco car park where they're more likely to turn up.

Hope the thieving scrotes get piles.
