Musselburgh 3up- 10th March

Was speaking to the VTTA trophy hoarder Dr Hay yesterday about putting in a few teams for this.  Anyone keen? Figured we could see who wants to do it, then see who fits together best to make the teams up?

Would have been keen but got parents up so not possible for me.

Good fun event though and not one necessarily for TT specialists, highly recommend it!

Yup - Owen and Big Scoobs usually drag my botty round this one! Good course, 3 laps of burny burny legs and lungs, then lovely cakes (thats if your drawn before Marko van Froot-Skone an get back before he gets changed!)

That wasn't the case in 2009 Erch- Scoobs and I were on the receiving end that year in exceedingly strong winds, but I think we got you back the year after!

Does a provisional race licence get you into this gig (legs and lung transplant not withstanding)?

I'm  sure a provisional race licence is fine as I've  done this twice before without a full licence.
I'd be up for this again if I can get my ar$e in to gear over the next 4 weeks.

  Mr Granty, yer all talk and no action! Why don't you enter a team - you, Steven Moffat and you may as well have Lord Lucan as your third man because you two won't turn up anyway

Where are we with teams for this race? What is the course like? I cycle in that area a bit so probably know the bits to piece together. Last year I think the weather led to a cancellation so never had the chance to have look.

Granty, I will pay for Mark's entry if he turns up to ride. I know how much he loves to ride a bike off-road so the price would be worth it to see the look of joy on his face!
