When road cycling the rules of the road must be obeyed at all times and those mountain biking must use their judgement in tackling obstacles that they may consider too difficult. New rider days:
- 1st Saturday of every month for both MTB and Road sections. Please let yourself be known at the start. Bring a couple of bottles, some food and the usual spare tubes, puncture repair kit, pump. Helmets are strongly recommended.
MTB Away Days & Road Away days: - Several away days are planned by each section over the year, these are normally in the summer due to the weather, keep an eye on the forum for details.
