Elaine Hopley is going to be starting up a regular women's night for MTBing on a Monday night. The first ride will be on 16th April and they will kick off at 7pm.

All abilities catered for, Elaine has an excellent background in training/teaching techniques so you will definitely find yourself improving very quickly...it's not intended as a training night but by spending time with like minded female mountain bikers you will no doubt pick up some new techniques and tips very quickly.

The ride leaves from Kings Park at 7pm

Kings Park is here on Park Avenue as Snowden Place comes in, by the bus shelter/ skate ramps / benches.
I'd suggest coming off the M9 at Jncn 10 - but then I don't drive much!

Plenty of parking in the local area.

I've no idea how Picassa works for linking to images...do you need to be logged in? If not, are you? If so, log out and view the image and get the URL of it and try that...or e-mail me the pic and I'll upload it and amend the URL for you.

Hi there - this is my first time posting so hope it goes OK - I'd like to go out on a women's evening ride - I used to ride all the time but life got in the way for a few years - I'm now back in the groove and want to go out riding more and more ... I can't go tomorrow but is one planned for the 30th April?

Hi,

I will be out next week, 30th April  Smiley

It will be good to see you. Keep an eye on this thread and we'll post up nearer to the time.

I believe that the meeting point, Kings Park (near the skate park and tennis courts) at 7pm will remain the same.

See you there.
