As I've got Friday off (weyhey, it's Easter !!!  Grin ) I fancy a decent length wander on the mtb.

I thought maybe climb Silver Glen in the Ochils and head east towards Sherrifmuir, or maybe north to Blackford.  Any other ideas ?

Anyone else interested?

I'll need to see what the good lady is up to - if she isn't working until 5 I think we are heading down to Glentress...if she is working earlier then I could be up for a day ride...

Git!

Some of us have work you know. May your spokes snap, (probably, seeing as you only have about 5 per wheel), and your gusset chafe.

Sorry Beagy.
I may be allowed out at some other point over the weekend too, so will post up once negotiations are complete.

10am at Kings Park.
Expect to be out for quite a while for a big wander in the hills, somewhere.

Any more details Crispin? How big a 'big wander in the hills'? I quite fancy a ride tomorrow but nothing massively epic - my knee's still a bit sore from my meeting with a big rock.  Shocked

I'm gonna try cycling a wee bit tonight to see how sore it gets before I commit to MTBing tomorrow.  Cheesy

I'll be happy to do Ben Cleuch / Andrew Gannel, if that's not too epic for you.

I might appear, either at the Kings Park or on the Auld Brig.

Sorry Neil, as I'm neither an academic, nor employed by the money spending public sector, I must work for my keep tomorrow!

I won't be there today - my knee is still pretty sore. It's yet to bruise and still feels very tender to touch the area anywhere near my knee...  Sad

Edit:
Err, changed my mind - I was there after all!
