Remember folks - 1st session tonight - frames & wheels. 7pm sharp start.  Classroom session will start in Unit 2 (yellow door) to left of main recyke-a-bike unit. Keep trying doors until you find one that opens!

Bring an old jumper/ fleece as can be chilly in the workshop... :o

See you there

I'll be coming from BofA, so if anyone from this end needs lift, give me a shout also.

Well Paul, didn't make it after all, very sorry.

I had to take my 2 year old to casualty tonight.

7.31pm and just home, no dinner and unhappy children to bath...

I will be there next week.

Do we get handouts? :)

Apologies again,
Ally.

No bother - hope the kid is OK.
Good starter session tonight finding out what people would like covered in subsequent weeks.  Some good tips for wheels, hubs and tyres, and wheel truing.
Next week is bottom bracket / crank repairs so bring your own if you want to practice. Also more wheel truing so bring wheels if you need to.

Handouts included a free puncture repair kit for everybody; Powerpoint slides will be posted up here shortly.

 :)

Thanks Paul, sounds like a good one, I'm looking forward to next even more now.

Kiddie is okay. NHS 24 reckoned he should go to A+E as his little digits are delicate....

He was with my wife this afternoon picking up my 5 yr old from BofA primary. In the middle of the grassy area outside the infants part there are a few trees, with a wobbly bird table in the middle. My young Alan planted his foot on this, fell backwards and the blinkin' thing fell on top of him! Fortunately it was only his R pinky that got it, not his skull.. >:(
Nail will most likely come off, but no suspected fracture.

Anyway, bath, calpol, bed. Asleep now.

Thanks again, see you next week.

See you there at 7 tonight. Bring a wheel if you want to learn to true or anything else you want to have a go out. Main theme will be cranks and bottom brackets.  O0

Anyone able to give me a lift?  Alternatively anyone need a lift?  I live behind the Tesco's in Stirling...I'll check the site again at 6:30 to see if there is anything happening lift wise.
