Sadly my flight back up is too late to make it along tonight - have a good one - take care on those potholes!

Sorry Fraser I didn't realise it was just a tube you required, I thought it was your wheel. I got a puncture to.

I will be heading up before next Tuesday to try some Tarmac in the holes.

Well, in my rush to get through on time and get ready to start I went and forgot a spare tube. Punctured on that first lap and that was me. Not my night.

See you next week folks! :)

Hi All,

The weather is to get very wet this evening and as most of the road surface isn’t in the greatest of condition for a large part of it, I think it would be safer to cancel tonight’s first run.

It isn’t just the rain, but the wind chill is bad to.

Sorry about this.

6:30pm start Heather - I had the same issue viewing the post on my phone but formatting was ok when viewed landscape rather than portrait for some reason

Am keen to join the Chaingang nights Andy. Plan to be there tomorrow, depending on weather (not looking a great forecast right now!)

Hi All,

Development chaingang will start on Tuesday 3rd April, 6.30pm start at the bottom of Newline road behind Bruceview Vets, FK7 0LJ. Please note our normal time is 7pm, but it will be a few weeks before we start at this time so keep an eye on the Forum.

It is an hour of consistent cycling or fun. Circuit is www.strava.com/routes/12432554 . Please park considerately and leave the space nearest the surgery building empty for the on call vet.

All club members welcome and the more more people that come along the more groups we'll have!

Any questions, just ask by replying on this topic or come along ten minutes earlier and ask.

Like our Club rides, we have a few rules; Helmets, callout for anything that may cause harm to cyclists behind you, stick together as a group, unless someone wants to take a lap out or wait for the following group, but let others know. Mudguards are good to have, but don't expect everyone to have them on so if the roads are wet, expect to get wet.

If you plan to cycle to and from, please remember lights.

Wee BC video link to let you see how it is done www.britishcycling.org.uk/knowledge/skills/article/izn20141117-Road-How-to-ride-through-and-off--chaingang----Racesmart-0

See you Tuesday night.
